Does your team have the resources, time and expertise to fulfill increasingly complex regulatory reporting requirements?
Navigating the complex web of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulatory reporting obligations at federal, state and local levels is difficult and resource intensive. From training on proper handling and storage of hazardous materials to proper disposal, reporting and recordkeeping of hazardous waste information, employers and generators are responsible for the entire lifecycle of the reporting process.
Reporting is an integral yet challenging component of the hazardous materials and waste lifecycle. Increased focus on regulatory enforcement and rising penalties for noncompliance increase the need to manage reporting obligations effectively in order to reduce risk.
Leverage proven expertise to increase compliance and reduce risk
Regulatory Reporting services from 3E streamline and simplify the regulatory reporting compliance process, providing a valuable solution for customers with multiple facilities, limited and/or decentralized EHS staff or knowledge, as well as for those who want to centralize their regulatory reporting and permitting.
Our EHS and regulatory specialists complete and submit thousands of disclosures and permits annually, maintain active relationships with thousands of regulatory agencies and jurisdictional authorities and track tens of thousands of individual compliance reporting tasks. 3E is uniquely qualified to cost effectively provide accurate and timely completion of required disclosures, permits and fees specific to client facilities across multiple jurisdictions.
Compliance Research & Analysis
3E Compliance Research and Analysis is the delivery of hazardous materials reporting requirements on a federal, state and local level, specific to client facilities across multiple jurisdictions. This service provides an assessment and resulting report of the hazardous materials disclosures, permits and permit renewals required to be submitted, as well as known due dates and/or associated fees, on a location specific basis.
Compliance Calendar & Disclosures
Taking Regulatory Reporting services one step further, Verisk 3E can take the information gathered from the Compliance Research and Analysis and create a calendar program to track and fulfill the necessary reports and disclosures. We maintain a database including agencies and contact information, reporting requirements, due dates and associated fees. This service is provided on an ongoing basis or as needed, with annual reporting and maintenance of historical records for seven years.
This service can be delivered via 3E Protect™, formerly 3E Online, providing centralized access to scanned copies of all of their hazardous materials disclosures and permits completed by Verisk 3E Company by location. Users can sort location documents by key fields and view, print or download documents. Having instant access at either a corporate or facility level is a valuable resource in demonstrating compliance in the event of an agency inspection.
Verisk 3E can also serve as the primary environmental contact for specified regulatory agencies connected to all of a customer's facilities on the Calendar program.
