Global concerns surrounding per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), also known as “forever chemicals”, have grown immensely in recent years and 3E is monitoring the topic closely as jurisdictions across the globe are taking action and changes in requirements are coming at all levels. Two of our experts, Tara Jacola and Miriam Schoepel, PhD, weighed in on this topic in a recent article published in The Synergist – a publication of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). It was an honor to be consulted for the article and we hope it provides insight, support and awareness to product stewards looking to navigate the complex challenges surrounding PFAS.
