To our 3E Exchange Community –

It is my pleasure to share that 3E Exchange has been acquired by 3E, the leading global provider of intelligent compliance solutions for chemical and workplace safety, product stewardship and sustainable supply chains. The combination of 3E’s data assets, regulatory expertise and commercial capabilities, and 3E Exchange’s advanced platform, will create a unique and differentiated value proposition, enabling the newly combined company to further expand its footprint into the sustainability and circularity space. You can review the press release here.

At 3E Exchange, we have always valued customers' input on how we can continue making 3E Exchange an industry-leading platform. A consistent theme we've heard from you is that collecting supply chain data is still too difficult. Combining with 3E will expand our reach in supply chains with more services and regulatory coverage to quickly improve data collection for many customers. In addition, combining the customer bases of 3E and 3E Exchange will radically increase the number of materials available on the 3E Exchange Exchange, reducing the need for parallel data collection requests across the wider supply chain.  We look forward to discussing how this expansion of our offering can support your supply chain and sustainability initiatives.

Our integration with 3E will help us meet the growing demand for more advanced and scalable supply chain compliance and sustainability solutions, including an added layer of enhanced regulatory expertise and managed services that will complement the capabilities of the 3E Exchange Exchange. Furthermore, we found a partner that shares a similar purpose and whose values are closely aligned with ours. 3E Exchange's mission to work with customers to help the world design and build better products is highly complementary to 3E's vision of enabling a safer, more sustainable world by protecting people, safeguarding products and helping businesses grow. Both organizations are extremely optimistic about our future together.
You can continue to work with 3E Exchange in the same capacity as you have been, and no action is required at this time. We want to emphasize that we are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible and continuity of service is a priority. Additionally, you can expect the same great products and service you are accustomed to from 3E Exchange, while benefitting from the expanded offerings to come.

We are grateful for the relationships we have built with our customers so far, and we are excited to continue expanding our work together moving forward.

Sincerely,
Pete Girard, 3E Exchange Co-Founder & CEO
